Donald Trump's health care plan would make 18 million people uninsured, but also lower premiums significantly for policies purchased directly by consumers, according to an independent study released Thursday.
On June 29, the Russian Defense Ministry announced it was purging the entire senior and mid-level command of the Baltic Fleet. It was a dramatic move that suggested deep structural problems within the fleet command. In total, 50 officers were dismissed from their post, including the fleet commander, Vice Admiral Viktor Kravchuk, and his chief of staff, Vice Admiral Sergei Popov.

Mayor Bill de Blasio came to Staten Island, the belly of the beast, the borough where he has the least political support, for a town hall meeting on Wednesday night.
The stabbing happened just after midnight inside the victim's home at 1070 Manor Road, near Fanning Street
The victim was taken to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze with a stab wound to back
